| PLEASE READ ALL ENRICHMENT INFORMATION CAREFULLY After registration there will be absolutely no changes, no refunds, and no exceptions. Late registration is available through the first class day! Parents please remind students of which days they have enrichment. Please tell your child’s classroom teacher what day (s) your child has enrichment. This helps teachers tremendously as they try to keep track of who goes where after school AND to avoid children being left at the school on days that they do not have an enrichment class to attend. The enrichment program has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success and we hope you are as pleased with it. Since the program runs for such a short time, we need your cooperation in assisting with the problems that may occur with children who receive warnings about their behavior as they are expected to follow the same code of conduct as during the school day and will be suspended or expelled for the remainder of the session. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable learning afternoon program for your children and we all know that disruptive behavior really is a distraction for the other students. SNACKS: Snacks are now provided by the LCPS food program You must pick up your child inside the school in the cafeteria and sign out the child unless you have signed the registration form for your child to walk. If you pick your child up early, you still must sign them out. If the hall monitor is not available, there will be a sign out roster easily visible on the table near the cafeteria entrance. Do not ask your child to meet you in front of the school. Do not send in a brother or sister. Send a note to the enrichment teacher if there is to be a change. This is for your child’s safety! If there are extenuating circumstances please let your Site Director know! We want this to be positive and safe for everyone. In case of inclement weather at school, outdoor classes will not be cancelled. We will offer alternative activities to save time and trouble for all parties involved.
