There will be activities based on the theme of the week, as well as many other recreational activities! To register please print the medical card and parent contract from the bottom of the home page and drop it off at Hillrise Elementary or scan it and send it to: angie@enrichthekids.net June 1-4: Creepy Crawlers Learn all about bugs, their habitats and why they are important! June 7-11: Galaxy Explorers We will build rockets to launch and have fun exploring other planets! We will have a special guest speaker, George Aldrich, from NASA. June 14-18: Travel the Globe See what other kids are doing around the world by playing games and tasting foods from other countries! June 21-28: Dance Extravaganza Boys and Girls dance your hearts out! We will do basic hip hop and line dances for parties! June 28-July 1: Three Cheers for the Red, White and Blue! Come celebrate our country's history with stories, crafts, food and fun! July 5-9: My 5 Amazing Senses Find out how your senses work by doing experiments and activities! We will end the week with a Stinky Sneaker contest! July 12-16: Green Thumb Growers Hands on growing projects that you can take home with you! Learn about composting and organic gardening and how the plants help our planet! July 19-23: Spy Kids PSSSST...hey you...yeah, you... are you interested in the art of spying? Would you like to make tools and practice the skills you need to be a spy? Then this is the place for you! July 26-30: Mad Scientists Come to the science lab and do experiments to help you learn about chemical reactions. We will do many hands on experiments! |
